Useful list there. For businesses based in Dublin there is also http://www.dublinbynumbers.com . It has PR4 and has both free and paid listings. It a little limited in terms of the overall number of categories, but new categories are being added all the time.

I have just launched and Irish Business Directory – http://www.undiscoveredireland.com . Site offers free, recip, paid deeplink, and paid featured deeplink links. I have just launched this site today and it has a PR of 3.
