I don’t know about w3c standards – but I use Firefox, when I click with firefox I get a new tab, but in IE it opens a new window – I would rather be a new tab…

Thanks for that useful summary Leslie.

I note that when you click on the links a new window opens up, where as sometimes clicking on a link dosen’t open a new browser window. Are there any negative implications of opening new windows (W3C standards etc).
